1. Platform Nature

Bakery Hub Sri Lanka is a discovery marketplace. We connect customers with independent bakers via WhatsApp. We do NOT handle payments, deliveries, or order fulfillment. All transactions are a private contract between the baker and the customer.

2. Bakery Registration & Verification

• Every baker must provide a valid Sri Lankan National Identity Card (NIC) for verification.
• Strict Policy: Only one bakery page is permitted per individual NIC.
• Accounts found using fake NICs or multiple accounts under one person will be permanently banned without notice.

3. Baker Responsibilities

Bakers are responsible for the quality, safety, and hygiene of the food they produce. Bakers must ensure that all pricing and product images uploaded to their dashboard are accurate and not misleading.

4. Limitation of Liability

LeadingEdge Solutions and Bakery Hub shall not be held liable for any disputes, food safety issues, or financial losses arising from orders placed through the platform.
